- concentrate on some aspect of improving the appearance of the river and its surroundings. Bring tough gloves and sturdy footwear (preferably boots), and wear clothes that won't be ruined by catching on brambles etc.

- Unless otherwise stated, we meet at 10.30am, outside Frome Canoe Club, which is the building between the Cheese and Grain and the river.
